I am a Regional Director with 15+ years of experience surpassing established client growth and overall revenue targets by leveraging exceptional leadership, technical know-how, team cohesion, and communication skills to streamline operations. Proficient in improving efficiency, retaining and developing top talent, developing all staffing levels from associates to managers, and strategically allocating resources to achieve on-time and within budget delivery. Knowledgeable about field operations, specifically in healthcare support services processes, and offer enhanced patient experience. Ingenious in maximizing regional resources to meet healthcare’s evolving and ever-changing demands.

My career in healthcare resides in the largest support services organization on the planet. My career began in 2009.
Healthcare Leadership
My career has including management of 35 FTEs to over 750. Leadership roles include advancing director positions at healthcare organizations and systems.
Healthcare Support
My career has included project engineer roles, consulting roles, transitional roles and significant recovery experience. Additional roles include working as a Human Resources Manager and also a Training Manager.
Strategy
Manage operations of up to 17 hospitals at one time and ~750 total associates led by a team of 15 directors and another 40 salaried leaders and 60+ clinical staff. Conduct regulatory prep audits to prepare Joint Commission or other regulatory bodies (OSHA, CMS, local health departments). Oversee performance management in the patient experience measures, safety, quality, and financials. Prepare and manage 30 budgets per year.
