Leadership Profile Research Study
Research on a population of volunteers in leadership roles managing multiple managers and associates. The research study utilized behavioral profiles, including the Big 5, to develop leadership profiles. Leadership profiles were then aligned with the followers the participant had to evaluate consistency between leadership dimensions and employee-leader fit. Results are featured in the book, “The Optimized Leader”.
The Influence of Motivation Factors on Affective Organizational Commitment Among Healthcare Employees
This study was the dissertation for my PhD. This study evaluated 100 volunteering participants with organizational approval and consent. The study evaluated Herzberg’s Motivation Theory and Affective Motivation Commitment influence. The results are available through ProQuest in my dissertation.
The Influence on Employee Motivation Factors on Patient Experience Among Clinical Staff Treating Patients at the Bedside
This extensive study evaluated bed-side-specific employee feedback across 18 hospitals in an employee feedback survey. The sample size for clinical employees exceeded 14,000. The study also evaluated HCAHPS feedback on over 15,000 patients in the same window of time. All consent and approvals through organizational process and research certifications for Health and Human Services were included. Results of this study are contained in the book, “Behind the Scenes of Health Care”.

6) Motivational Equilibrium Research Study examining workplace motivation and commitment through observation and research. This study was geared to understand and present the most significant motivation factors among customer-facing employee roles. The resulting data applies to all leaders as motivation factors are extensively explored with leader influence, employee outcomes and supportive approaches to improve employee motivation, organizational commitment, retention and performance.
